I have worked with Bob DeMaria and others at RDI Diamonds for several years and find that they are my first "go to" guys when I need an accurate and honest evaluation of one of their diamonds for me to buy or present to a customer on memo. They know I have specific requirements and they always do what I ask (not what they'd like to do). This helps me with the limited time I have as the owner and best seller in my store. They are progressive with their web systems, helpful in discussing the diamond business and always moving forward in my opinion and that's the direction I'm going...damn the recession, damn the Jared's, and damn the Internet. I always feel like I have a professional relationship with Bob and the RDI team.
