RDI has been my diamond dealer for over eight years now and over those eight years they have always had just what I needed for my customer. That's not to say that my customer always bought. You can lead a horse to water but you just can't make it drink. RDI has always delivered just what they say they have. If they say "eye clean", it's eye clean. If they say, "It's an I but it faces up like a G." It does! But above all of the business part of it, I have made some great friends and allies in RDI. Aubre Ford is more to me then just another pesky diamond seller calling day in and day out. I truly look forward to laughing with her everyday. And I know that she has my businesses best interest at heart. Yes, we are all looking for the best buck. We don't just come to work day in and day out because it just so much darn fun. We want money in our pockets! RDI has delivered every time, Aubre has delivered every time. And their trade up program is AWESOME! Hands down best in the industry! I have shopped many different dealers. They might seem great at first, yet that always seem to go by the way side. RDI has been the same each and every time.
