So often, especially in these rough economic times, we receive only complaints about prices and service. I would like to take just a moment of your time to let you know how much we appreciate one of your employees, Alecia Romano. Practically every time that we have a diamond request which we are unable to fill with our own stock, we pick up the phone and call Alecia. She is unfailingly polite, helpful and enthusiastic; she returns our calls promptly and gives tremendous follow-up service. About two weeks ago I had a particularly difficult diamond order to fill. We were working with a very small profit margin in order to compete with an internet site. I called Alecia and she did not give up trying to find just the right diamond for my client. Without even calling, Alecia sent the diamond to us for a Saturday delivery and it was just what we needed to make the sale a mere two hours later. Thank you, Alecia!
