I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to your sales person Aubre. Aubre is probably the most personable diamond rep I have worked with in over 30 years in the jewelery business. Without getting into your face, Aubre is able to work with us in such a way that she becomes a part of our sales staff. She askes sincere questions about what the client is looking for and works hard to find just the right diamond to fit their needs and budget. You folks have a real asset in Ms. Ford. I have also found the Triple Certification and Trade In program from RDI to be a useful aid in closing a tough sale. Assuring the client that we will gladly take their diamond in on trade in the future with no loss in value has been a great sales tool. Although I have only recently started dealing with RDI, please be assured that if the customer service, price and convenience continues, I will be an RDI client for a long time.
