Open an Account

Opening an account with us is easy! Follow these simple steps to become an authorized RDI customer.

First, submit your application

There are two ways you can submit your application:

1. Online

   Use our website to submit an application online.

2. Fax

   Print and fill out this form:

   • Open Account Form

   If you are in New York state you also need this form:

   • NYS Resale Certificate

   Fax everything to: +1 (866) 917-4570

Then, we will contact you when your application is approved

RDI reserves the right to refuse credit to any customer at their discretion. Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT) membership is required and needs to be JBT FIN1 or JBT FIN2 for approval of memo terms. Firms JBT rated but holding a rating below FIN2 can establish business history through wire transfer(s).

Memo Terms:

• Memo is issued for 5 days
• Invoice terms are 2%/10, Net 30
• The 2% discount must be received at RDI's office within 10 days of the original memo date
• Under no circumstances will the 2% discount be granted beyond 10 days of the original memo date
